*Super Saver orders ship every Saturday, and most of our packages ship via USPS Priority Mail. However, some lighter packages that we ship will go by First Class Mail. UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be received by 10:45 a.m. Mountain Time (12:45 EST) on Monday - Friday to be processed that same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed by the next business day.
Note not all orders can be shipped via Next Day Air.
Please indicate in the comments section at check-out if you wish to require a signature upon delivery. If you are frequently not at the shipping address, this may delay delivery of your shipment. However, it gives you the assurance of knowing when your order was delivered (in addition to our email confirmations of shipment).
Customers using Super Saver Shipping will be notified with a tracking number when their package ships. Super Saver orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (for most dresses and outfits over $75) or First Class Mail (for small accessory items). It may 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on when you place your order, but will likely be earlier if you order Tues - Thurs (see Super Saver shipping table for more details).
For standard shipping (not Super Saver Shipping), please be aware that UPS does not transport on Saturday; therefore, "2nd Day Air" means 2 business days for delivery. Visit the UPS site to
calculate delivery time. Your package will weigh approximately 2 pounds and will ship from American Fork, Utah, 84003. If your order will be placed after 10:45 a.m. Mountain Standard Time, please select the next business day for your "Shipped On" date.
International orders usually take up to 5 business days to process in addition to the estimated shipping time. For orders outside of the U.S., please select one of the INTERNATIONAL shipping options. Also, please be aware that, depending on your country's postal procedures, Customs charges and additional postage may apply.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Does my order ship the same day I place it?
Yes, if your order will ship anywhere in the U.S. AND you
place it before 10:45 a.m. Mountain Time on a regular business day.
No,
if 1) you selected Super Saver Shipping, OR 2) you are shipping outside the
U.S., OR 3) you placed your order after 10:45 a.m. Mountain Time (or after
12:45
pm EST), OR 4) if you placed your order on a holiday or on Saturday or
Sunday.
- Where is my order? Do I get a
confirmation of shipment?
You do get a confirmation of shipment and usually a tracking number within 24
hours after your order ships. Please refer to your email
correspondence from us. You can use the tracking number we provide
and search on www.google.com, which
will link you to UPS.com or USPS.com and provide detailed departure and delivery
information.
- How long does UPS Ground (or any of the other
UPS option) take to deliver my order to my door?
Please use the UPS shipping
calculator to calculate an estimated delivery date. This will
take holidays and weekends into account. Your order will ship from
American Fork, Utah, 84003. As a rule of thumb, shipping from Utah
to the East Coast takes 5 business days when shipped via UPS Ground.
- How long do orders to Canada take for delivery?
How about the United Kingdom or Australia?
International orders take us a little bit more time to process.
Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order. It will
then take another 3-5 business days for Global Express, or another 6-10
business days for Global Priority. If you are unsure your order will
make it to you in time, please email for a delivery estimate.
- How long will it take to get my order that is
sent via Super Saver Shipping?
It will take 1 -2 weeks, depending on when you place your order.

- Can I ask for Super Saver Shipping, but then
have it shipped faster if Super Saver Shipping is too slow?
Yes! Just indicate the preferred shipping method that will
assure you order arrives on time (2nd Day Air, Ground, etc.). Then,
in the comments section at check-out, request that we consider Super Saver
Shipping if the order will ship within one day (or two, or three--whatever
your preference). If we ship with Super Saver Shipping, we will
subtract the difference from your total before charging your credit card.
Next Day Air - Restrictions
Not all orders qualify for Next Day Air shipping. Many of the products we offer will ship directly from the manufacturer. So, if your order includes items from 2-3 suppliers, we're duplicating the cost of shipping. We must pass that expense on to you or offer 2-Day or 3-Day shipping as the fastest option. If your order includes part numbers (SKUs) that start with any of the following letters, it is likely your order cannot be shipped Next Day Air:
MFWD- or G- or F- or UK-. If none of the items you order start with these letters, it is likely (but not definite) that your order DOES QUALIFY for Next Day Air shipping. Regardless of what you order, please email us at shipping@shepherdscradle.com. We will be notified immediately by instant message and can reply quickest that way. Please indicate 1) the items you wish to order, 2) when you need your order received, 3) your phone number, and 4) your shipping address. We will respond by phone or reply to your email quickly.
