Return Policy

Our return policy is fairly simple. We just need to hear from you within 10 days of your receiving your items so that we can issue you a return authorization number. "On Sale" items are not returnable.

Please follow these steps to handle all returns and credit requests:

STEP 1 — To request a Return Authorization (R.A.), please email Help@ShepherdsCradle-Christening.com

All requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. There is no return on items marked "On Sale" in the title.

STEP 2 — Do not return any merchandise until you receive the R.A. number. Your email or call, alone, does not authorize a return. We will give you a R.A. number and the address to which you should send your return, usually within 24 hours of your call. Packages returned without a R.A. number will be refused.

STEP 3 — If the item is damaged, clearly mark problem area(s) with removable tape (or if tape might damage the garment, add a descriptive note) to help us quickly identify the problem you have detected. Enclose a copy of the R.A. number and return the item(s) within 10 days of the date the R.A. was issued. An R.A. is valid for 10 days only. After 10 days the R.A. is automatically voided and no credit will be granted. In order to receive the most credit possible when returning items, please include ALL the items in a set (i.e., hangers, slips, booties, hats, etc.) which go with the outfit as well as the tag still attached to the garment. Items returned which are not damaged will carry a 10% restocking fee.

STEP 4 — Upon receipt of your shipment to us, please allow three (3) working days to review your findings and where appropriate, issue a credit. It is not uncommon to take one (1) week for your shipment to arrive to us. When coupled with three (3) days’ review and return mail, your credit should be finalized no later than two weeks after you return goods to us. We would expect to hear from you if this is not the case.

Product is non-refundable if worn and if tags are removed.
Returns for any reason other than an error by The Shepherd's Cradle are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus freight. We do our best to show accurate pictures of our items. When placing an order, please consult the size chart for size needed. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returned items.

Exchanges will be made only for size differences when necessary within the same style. Any size exchange must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of goods. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returned items.

All shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you purchased your item with FREE shipping, up to $14.45 will be deducted from your total refund to cover our shipping loss. Shipping charges will be credited only for errors made by The Shepherd's Cradle.

Customized items are non-returnable. Pacifier clips are non-returnable.

All Clearance and Closeout items are final sale. Please make your selection carefully as the styles offered in this category are only available in the sizes listed and are non-returnable except in the case of fabric or workmanship flaws. In addition, all boy's 5-piece suits and tuxedos are non-returnable. Please pay close attention to the sizing charts provided.
